Puchong’s Haunted Bungalow

This happened to a best friend of Naavinesh back in 2008. A true story and only something that could have happened if you are really lucky. Well, they do watch ghost hunting’s on tv where it seem unrealistic sometimes with fake interviews or stories and people act as if though they are possessed or something. If its true, hours and hours of filming a particular haunted area results unconvincing evidence.

Way back in 2008, Naavinesh friend just finished schooling, after the SPM examinations. So, during the holidays his schoolmates and a cousin of his would always hang out every day and they would have this plan of ghost hunting on every Friday nights. After a month of ghost hunting every Fridays at graveyards, jungles and old buildings, they heard rumors of an area being haunted in Puchong. There were about 10 of them, including his friend that visited this old bungalow in Puchong. he don’t really know where exactly is this place, though.

It was already about 12.30am when they reached the bungalow. They had to park their car way far away because the bungalow somehow surrounded by some dry plants reaching up to 1.4 meters which he didn’t really ask what plant  it was. So, the 10 of them started following a narrow pathway with plants on both sides. All of them pulled out their phone and torchlight’s for light. The person leading the way was his friend and he was recording the whole episode with his hand phone. After about a minute’s walk, they reached the bungalow. It looked more like a haunted mansion, the ones  they used to watch in movies.  There was a very huge old door and the bungalow looked so scary that 3 of them refused to go in. Naavinesh friend’s cousin also refused to go in.

The main door was not locked and so they entered the building. There was not a furniture in the building and there were all scary figures drawn in red. The figures all looked like it was drawn with blood. Drawings were all over the wall with numbers. There were 3 floors, ground, first and second. As his friend was lighting up his cigarette heading up the first floor, he felt a chill all of a sudden from the first floor. Goosebumps started and he asked his friends whether they felt it or not. They replied no. He was the only one felt the chill. So, naavinesh friend got a bit scared and he suggest everyone to go downstairs. Everyone agreed and while they are heading downstairs, they were surprised to see the other 3 friends who were outside the bungalow waiting for them inside the house. All 3 of them looked pale and shocked. Sensing something was wrong, the other 7 friends asked if they were okay. They 3 of them replied that, “we gotta go home, lets leave this place”. Everyone agreed and headed back home.

Before going home, they stopped at a nearby restaurant to have some food. While having supper, the 3 of them looked so pale and quiet that the rest probed them for answers but the 3 of them refused to say anything and just replied, “Nothing’s wrong”. After the supper, Naavinesh friend and his cousin who were living together headed home. His friend decided to ask his cousin personally whether anything had happened just how but his cousin just replied, “No, nothing, just go to sleep”. Naavinesh friend was still curious about the whole incident so before he slept he started viewing all the photos and videos that he had recorded earlier. In one of the photo’s, he saw a small dot photo. The photo was shot at the time before all of them entered the building. Immediately he showed his cousin. I couldn’t get the original photo, so Naavinesh took the liberty to make one up just to get his point across.
The next day, he asked his cousin what really happened, and he said that the other two saw something was moving in the tall bushes. It was moving towards them so they decided to run into the house. Later that evening, his friend gave his phone to his friends to checkout the photo. The last time my friend saw the photo was last night, so he was quite taken by surprised when his friends upon looking at the photo shocked to see a face.

Quickly Naavinesh friend grabbed the phone and saw the dot got getting bigger and bigger turning into a face. It even changed its position. Everyone soon realized something was wrong and it was not a joke. (The original photo was something like this but the face was a pale white smiling face). The other friends were so scared that they dared not even bluetooth the photo. The next day, his friend had a shock of his life after viewing the photo. It got even bigger! Imagine a white pale woman smiling. The original photo was a woman smiling even after it got bigger. The 10 of them feared so much until one of them had a fever. Thus, the third day, his friend made a decision to delete the photo. Even today his friend still gets goosebumps if he thinks about this photo.

Here’s a made up photo of how it looks like

Penang War Museum

it was a sory of a tourist who have been visit penang war museum. lets enjoy the story.

Yes! Finally I have been to somewhere touristy! The next destination would be the Peranakan Mansion. Hmm, I wonder when I will have the determination to go. If it were not for friends, I think I Penang War Museum will be the last place that I will visit because it is so far away!

All of a sudden, my cold seemed to get better when I was out having fun. Thank God for giving me strength in times like this!

So the adventure began at approximately 9:00am on a clear Sunday morning, 12 August 2012 to Batu Maung. The fares cost me a bomb! RM4 to go to Batu Maung from KOMTAR. Two and fro would already be RM8! That excluded the fare back to Feringgi. Add another 50 cents to the total of fares and I would be able to purchase a ticket back to Ipoh. Oh well, it's way cheaper than driving to the site though.

The journey took almost two hours from Feringgi to Batu Maung (inclusive of the time we waited for bus). After an arduous journey on the bus, we had to hike uphill to the museum for another 500 metres which felt like 500km under the afternoon sun which was fortunately filtered by the shrubs and trees along the way.

This was the sight to behold. The mark of the start of our adventure!

Let's begin the journey to take a step into the past.

I was a little apprehensive before entering the museum because I did not know what to expect. RM20 per entry so it better be good. I mean, better be good in the supernatural department.

I did not know what I expected to see or hear then. Probably some shadows and sounds of screaming from the living quarters of the soldiers? I really had no idea.

It was reopened in 2002.

A soldier greeted us when we entered.

Lest we forget the brave and gallant soldiers who fought for our country, look at this. A memorial stone is erected to commemorate them. Did you see the figure in multi-coloured outfit? That was not a ghost. It was me. Hehehe!!!

Please be prepared before scrolling down to the next picture because there is something real in it that you will soon find out.

A brief description about the photo: The location is just opposite the memorial stone and right behind it, a banner with a figure that looked like a Grim Reaper chopping the head of someone is hung in full view with Japanese words "Sayonara" (which means good bye in English) written on the painting. Gruesome.

Oh yes, the human skull is real if you are wondering.

Entertainment is essential and pivotal to the survival of humans even in times of war.

Here's the proof. They played the piano till the keys were peeling off.

These are snapped from the barracks of the British soldiers.

They were drinkers too.

I didn't snap many photos so the photos that you are seeing here are just random shots taken whenever I felt like it.

During the Japanese Occupation.

One of the original bicycles the Japanese soldiers used to invade into Kota Bahru in December 1941.

Wanna take a ride home?

I have no idea what this was.

This picture was snapped from one of the torture chambers. I don't see how torturing it was but there was one room where a mannequin with long hair covering the face stood in the room. That was torture for me.

A huge snake outside the torture chambers (if I am not mistaken).

The next photo is also quite shocking so brace yourself before scrolling down.

The boards hanging on the wall were used to chop off the heads of the Japanese soldiers when the British returned. That is literally putting your head on the chopping board. I actually touched one of them without knowing the purpose of the boards in other chambers.

*shudders*

This tunnel leads to a few rooms used for discussions on strategies. Rumour has it that the light will automatically turn off at random so visitors, remember to keep your flashlights on all the time while passing through the tunnel.

We spent approximately one and a half hours in there and after visiting the museum, I felt thankful that I was not born during the World War II era.

I guess I shall stop writing now and hope this post does not scare some of you till you can't sleep at night. There is no escape from haunted places because every place has its own past and there is no way you can change that. :o)

Scary Incident at Amber Court, Genting Highlands

Tales of scary incidents abound and Amber Court and Ria Apartment in Genting Highlands has become famous (or infamous) for being haunted.

Overall View of Amber Court condominium

Amber Court is a pair of condominum towers hidden away from Genting Resort and is accessible only by a narrow road that starts from the Mushroom Farm.
“Gosh, Amber Court is so pathetic now. It's so sad, we used to have a unit there, but had to sell it as it was making big losses with no visitors.” From a customer.

Richard and Cindy Boey booked a apartment in Amber Court in Genting Highlands several years ago. Cindy was a promoter working in Genting Highlands, whereas was a car mechanic working in Kuala Lumpur. Robert is happy to see his wife but he was ecstatic about the opportunity and chance to make “huge money’ at the casino (like most Chinese, gambling is a must thing to do).
Richard and Cindy had a good breakfast and Cindy went to work as a promoter and Robert had the whole day at the casino (Great!-yeah) Cindy got back at 6pm but found an empty apartment and assumed that Richard was still in the casino – earning big money or have lost his shirt! She had to take a quick shower and place her dress on the bed. When she was done with her shower and picking up her dress when she noticed several long strands of hair on her bed. The cleaning lady must have been sloppy or Richard had a long to answer for. As she running late she quickly dressed herself when she notice a red “cheongsum” (a formal Chinese dress)   under a clothes hanger on a closet. Getting a bit annoyed, she decided get to the bottom of this with Richard after work.

View of a red ‘cheongsum’

When Richard went back to the apartment, he decided to take a shower while waiting for Cindy to finish work. After his shower he opened the shower when he noticed the very cold air from the bedroom. Then when he got there, he noticed a woman on their bed facing backwards in their bedroom and she had a red cheongsum on. Clad only in a towel he stammered, “who are you…what do you want” but did not get a response. Richard really did not know whether the woman is a human or was it a ghost. When he looked into the mirror directly facing the woman….gasp! eeeckk! there is no reflection of the woman in the mirror. Scared stiff, he ran for his life buck naked….his towel fell when he fled!

Close encounter with spirits and a headless woman

THE older the structure, the more likely it is to be haunted. Given the chequered history of Pudu Prison – which dates back to 1895 – you can be sure it has more than its fair share of ghostly tales.
Abu Bakar Juah says it was common to hear things at night – footsteps where no one was supposed to be, chains rattling, and even hearing someone or something taking a bath when everyone is locked in.
“We normally shout out loud that we are merely trying to make a living and tell whatever that’s out there to leave us alone,” he says.
Haji Aziz Haji Idris tells of an encounter while on duty at one of the guard towers when he was still a young officer.
“It was shortly after midnight and I was on night duty with another person when I saw an officer approaching. As we had been trained, I banged my rifle on the floor and shouted out ‘Everything all right, sir!”
Aziz says the figure said nothing but raised his hand, and then suddenly disappeared.
He also remembers one particular bunk in the warder’s dormitory which everyone tried to avoid.
“Anyone who slept there would be sure to feel an unseen force pressing down on his chest. They may try to shout or move but will be helpless to do anything,” he says, adding that some would rather sleep on the floor than use the bunk.
Abu Bakar also recalls a weird phenomenon – a ball of fire the size of a football that suddenly appeared and rolled out of sight.
“It happened every once in a while, and in cycles. Everyone would be talking about it for a while,” he says.
But the scariest tale is that of a recurring apparition of a woman. Aziz believes it was the ghost of a woman who was hanged there.
“She had tried to kill herself previously by slitting her throat. She survived but before she was fully recovered, the execution order came,” he says.
“She was brought to the execution chamber and hanged – but because of the injury, her head was literally torn off. It was a gruesome death and that is the ghost that many people have seen.”
He recalls an encounter with this apparition.
“I was on duty at Block D, where death row is located, and directly above the execution chamber is a huge anchor stone.
“Out of the corner of my eye I saw a figure sitting on this stone. Malays believe ghosts’ feet do not touch the ground, and when I bent over to look, the figure disappeared,” he says.
But a fellow officer’s encounter was even more shocking.
“Once, a police officer was interviewing prisoners and it was getting late. However, he said that he could interview one more, and I went down to bring another one.
“As he was filling in some forms he saw a figure sitting down. Thinking it was another prisoner he looked up, only to see a headless woman with blood flowing down her chest. The officer ran down the stairs as fast as he could,” he says.
Aziz believes Pudu Prison is a very “dirty” place and in some places is a giant graveyard.
“During World War II, the British buried Japanese soldiers there, and when the Japanese took over, they buried the British there.
“The ghosts here are real,” says Aziz.

Presint 18, Putrajaya

This one's pretty interesting. The one who told me about it is my colleague at work in Putrajaya (now I think you can guess my occupation). His experience is very interesting, as much as it is disturbing. He lives alone in a government quarters 18R8 Apartment in Precinct 18 (I'll give directions later).

This is not the first time I heard stories about this apartment. Ever since I've been around Putrajaya 3 years ago some really weird stories have been circulating revolving ghostly sightings, poltergeist phenomenon and other supernatural occurrence.

The first story I heard about this apartment was from a friend of mine who saw an apparition wandering around at night, and as early as 9 pm.

Then I heard about the swings at the children's playground beside the apartment moved on their own, as if there were kids playing them. And the people who saw it could differentiate the movements of the swings by strong winds or by some real weird force at times when there were no wind blowing at all.

But my colleague's story, for me, by far is the most disturbing one. The occurrences first started about a year ago. He went to bed one night and he woke up with his head on the wrong side of the bed. Well, it could have happened subconsciously right? So, he didn't think too much about it.

Then, some weeks later, it happened again. Only this time he woke up in a different room. Now, this started to get real weird. He knows he doesn't sleepwalk. And the door to his room was closed at the time he went to bed. And it was still closed when he woke up.

And then he heard later that these involuntary replacement during sleep also happened to his neighbours, and not only at his floor.

It happened again several times after that. But he just didn't mind it because to him, as long as he's not hurt by these incidents then it should be fine. Well, he hoped that whatever's been moving him about won't throw him off the window. And  its not like he's going to stay there forever.

So, if you decided to take on this apartment, I'll show you how to get there. Firstly, you can get to Putrajaya by either taking the PLUS highway southbound or take the Maju Expressway. Just follow the signboards to get to Putrajaya.

As you approach the city, you will find that the signboards will start showing directions to get to different Precints. Find Precints 2, 3 and/or 4. These three precints are found in one location.

When you get to Precint 2, 3 and 4, look for this building called Istana Kehakiman (Palace of Justice).
Here's the photo:

Next, you will see a huge parking lot located right next to it.
Here's the photo:
Then, you will reach a traffic light junction. Turn left here.
Here's the photo:

You will see Jabatan Alam Sekitar on your right.
Here's the photo:
Keep on going and you will see another traffic light junction ahead. Go straight. In the next photo, you can already see the apartment. Its the big white one with red roof.
After the traffic light, the apartment will be on your right. But there are no junction in front of it. You have to keep on going and make a U-turn on the traffic light junction about 500 meters ahead.
Here's the photo:

After the U-turn look for this junction. Its called Jalan P18M.  Its located immediately after the apartment. Do not take any other junction other than this one, and I got a good reason for that.
Here's the photo:
Once you take it, you can see the haunted area as posted in these photos.
Here are the photos:

The reason I guide you to this junction is that there are parking lots readily available here. There won't be any lots for visitors if you go straight into the apartment's basement area. If you do find any, it already belongs to someone else. And here, the enforcement of parking space is very strict. If you feel like getting your car clamped and pay a RM50 fine, then go on ahead.

Now, you've got directions. Get your gears and go for it. Make sure you follow the advice on my first post.

Highland Tower

Paranormal Entity picture Recorded In Highland Towers

As readers know, me and my crew of paranormal researchers 666 cases visited Highland Towers at midnight on July 2.

His story here:

Wednesday afternoon, I contacted Azree Ja'far, and told me the exciting news. Before any joint let us consider the images I record using the camera Canon Power Shot G12 in the living units in the condominium block is still standing.

The following images are recorded between the hours of 2:32 and 2:34 am.

Through experience, I would like to share with all readers, usually the presence of orbs regarded as a clear signal the existence of other paranormal entities.

Base temperature, about 80 ° F drop dramatically. Note the reading on the screen Infrared, IR Thermometer, held by Grace.

For the record, paranormal researchers believe that, if the temperature rises or falls dramatically with the range of plus minus 10 ° F, the clear signal the existence of paranormal entities in the vicinity.

Let us examine the pictures recorded Azree in the same space.

I show the same picture in the form of night vision and heat sensor mode.

I recalled that, at the time the recording was made, no airplane crossing the air space above the block review.

More odd, white entities that look 'wet' in the red looks like the head, the right end.

For the record, among the 48 victims killed in the tragedy of 11 December 1993, infants aged 6 months and older, 76 years..
